the included breakfast offered fresh continental options such as fruit and cheeses i found hot dishes changed daily it was a great start. the location was very convenient a 5-minute walk led to the bus station i reached the city center after a 25-minute stroll. there were supermarkets shops and cafes close by this made it easier to find necessities.

the hotel is located on a street i found slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. They provided helpful tips. The breakfast included a wide variety of options and provided a great start to the day. The room was super clean, and the daily housekeeping kept it that way throughout my stay.

splendid stay near florenc

nice entrancelarge spacewholesome meal

the room layout was like a house, it had a very nice entrance. i found a large space to keep luggage and open big bags together. the room space allowed relaxation and sitting around which i liked. the breakfast spread was too good and provided a wholesome meal experience each morning.

the staff could have been a bit more proactive with greetings.

Location was acceptable because it sits close to the metro station.

Air conditioning units made loud mechanical noises. I was unable to sleep because of it. This seems unacceptable given the room price.
